All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing US law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

2. 100% Pass Guarantee, Refund & Cancellation Policy

MBLExGuide has made available numerous free sample quizzes that reflect the content of the paid membership so that potential customers can become familiar with the quality and nature of content available on this website. New members will have 24 hours to explore the member area and take practice quizzes. If any member is not fully satisfied with our service during this 24-hour period, the member may request that his/her membership is cancelled and payment is refunded. Members who request a refund within 24 hours of purchasing will receive a 100% refund after completing a brief refund survey. 

This 24-hour refund policy is strictly for first-time members. If you’ve had a membership with us before, the refund option isn’t available to you, as you’ve already had a chance to try out our study tools and know what our platform offers. This policy is in place to help keep things fair by preventing prior members from exploiting the refund system.

MBLExGuide will provide additional 2-month membership access at no charge for members who do not pass the MBLEx, so long as they meet certain requirements. This process may be repeated if the MBLEx candidate/member does not pass the MBLEx again. The requirements to qualify for a no-charge membership extension include:

• The member must take the MBLEx within 1 month of their MBLExGuide membership expiration date.
• The member must show consistent scores of at least 80% on a minimum of 5 full-length exams.
• Silver and Gold members who had access to our MBLEx Prep Course must have completed all 30 lessons.

Anyone requesting an extension of their membership must contact MBLExGuide by email and attach a copy of their complete test report within 14 days of failing the MBLEx. 

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, MBLExGuide and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on MBLExGuide. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from https://mblexguide.com for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

MBLExGuide is not affiliated with FSMTB or their Massage & Bodywork Licensing Exam (MBLEx), AMTA, or any other licensing organization in any way, financially or otherwise. The FSMTB does not endorse this website or its content. MBLExGuide has no information about the contents of the MBLEx other than what is available to the public as published by the FSMTB. The practice questions presented on this website are based on the content outline presented by the FSMTB.

You are expressly restricted from all of the following:

1. Sharing account or log-in information is prohibited. Each account and membership is a 1-user per-seat license;
2. Reproducing, duplicating or copying material from MBLExGuide;
3. Redistributing content from MBLExGuide (unless content is specifically made for redistribution);

5. Selling, renting, sub-licensing, and/or otherwise commercializing any material from MBLExGuide;

7. Using this Website in any way that is, or may be, damaging to MBLExGuide;
8. Using this Website in any way that impacts user access to this MBLExGuide;

Member violation of any of these restrictions will result in account termination. No refund will be issued.

Your educational program, study habits, test taking performance are but a few factors that will influence the outcome when taking the MBLEx. Preparing for and passing the MBLEx is solely up to you. MBLExGuide shall not be held liable for your performance on the MBLEx. Nothing contained on this website shall be construed as providing consulting, legal or medical advice.
